Over the past month the cloudBuy customer support team have been reviewing the usability of the uniBuy system. They have identified a few small changes that they feel will make the user experience for our customers happier and easier.
These are simple yet effective changes and we hope that you enjoy these changes.
- Any user who has sent out a Request for Quote from the purchasing system, can now resend the quote email notification to suppliers who not responded to the quote.
- If you need to add an attachment to a Request for quote, the new look upload page for adding an attachment will let you know the maximum file size.
- If a user is unfortunate enough to encounter an error in the system, this will display with a user friendly message, letting users know the problem has been logged with the development team.
- Many cloudBuy pages have multiple save buttons on one page so these have been removed where they are not necessary.
There will be more changes coming in the next few weeks, if there are any usability changes you would like to see please get in touch and these can be considered.
